1. HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?

Shop your item via the Chinese New Year Puddings and Traditional Delights links. On your desired product page, click ADD TO CART button.
Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the CART icon at the top of the page.
Click the CHECKOUT button to complete your order.


2. DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

You can shop at leicuisine.com without creating an account.
However, if you SIGN UP with us, you will be able to enjoy the following benefits:
- Faster and easier shopping experience at Lei Cuisine online
- A personalised account with saved addresses for more convenient check-out
- Add your favourite Lei Cuisine products to your wish list
- Be the first to receive information about promotions and preview new products

3. IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION KEPT PRIVATE?

4. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I FORGET MY PASSWORD?

To re-set your password, follow the FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD instructions on the SIGN IN / SIGN UP page. Please note, for security reasons we are unable to send your old password via email.


5. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?

We accept payment by the following methods: Visa, MasterCard, UnionPay and Alipay (China). 
If you are a registered member, you may check your payment status in MEMBER account.


6. WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU DELIVER TO? ARE THERE ANY DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS?

Currently, we only deliver within the Hong Kong SAR including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, Tung Chung, Discovery Bay and Ma Wan,  but not includes the Restricted districts and areas that vans cannot access.

7. HOW LONG DOES A DELIVERY TAKE, AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

Deliveries will be made within 3-7 working days after the order is successfully placed.
Delivery may be delayed if a typhoon signal No.8 or above is hoisted or a black rainstorm warning is in effect. 
If you wish to request a particular delivery time, please specify such in the "Remarks" field during check-out. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Delivery Charge per delivery per location : HK$30 
Orders HK$600 or above are entitled to free delivery.
We reserve the right to levy an additional delivery charge if further delivery attempts are made due to incomplete recipient details.


8. CAN I DELIVER MY ORDER TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

We can deliver one order only to one address. If you wish to deliver to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each.


9.  CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

Refund, cancellation or changes to orders will not be accepted upon order confirmation.


10. HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

If you are a registered member, you can view your order status by signing into your account and selecting MEMBER followed by ORDERS .
